Amb la Josee per al Pilates i la Linda per al Cesaryoga, esteu en mans expertes i amb molta experi\u00e8ncia. Totes dues s\u00f3n especialistes en postura i moviment des de fa 30 anys; han unit forces i, un cop m\u00e9s, organitzen el seu popular <strong>Yoga &#038; Pilates Holiday Trip<\/strong> \u2013 i aquesta vegada el faran dues vegades!   <\/p>\n<p>On la natura, la relaxaci\u00f3 i l&#8217;exercici es combinen, pots gaudir de classes de ioga inspiradores, sessions de Pilates din\u00e0miques i molt de temps per carregar piles.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s de ser terapeuta d&#8217;exercicis de Cesar, la Jos\u00e9e \u00e9s instructora de STOTT Pilates certificada internacionalment i la propiet\u00e0ria de l&#8217;estudi de Pilates Statiek <a href=\"http:\/\/www.statiek.nl\">(<strong>www.statiek.nl<\/strong><\/a>).
