Prices for accommodations can be found at www.123ole.com. <\/li>\n<li>Guests must respect the property and the instructions of the Owner or Manager to respect.<\/li>\n<li>Liability: Can Portell &#038; Mas Ferrer by 123ole is not liable for loss, theft, accidents, personal injury, medical expenses, or damage to personal property, unless caused by negligence on the part of the Owner.<\/li>\n<li>Guests must immediately report any damage or loss; any costs will be charged to the guest.<\/li>\n<li>The Owner is not responsible for any interruptions or malfunctions in utilities, Wi-Fi, or other technical systems.<\/li>\n<li>The Owner or Manager reserves the right to refuse a stay immediately or refuse or to terminate in the event of inappropriate behavior or violation of these terms and conditions, without refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6 style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Reservation and payment<\/span><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Reservations are made using the reservation form on the website.<\/li>\n<li>All reservations are requests; immediate booking is not possible.<\/li>\n<li>Confirmation of the reservation is sent via Bookinglayer and\/or email.<\/li>\n<li>Payment options:\n<ul>\n<li>Guests with a Dutch bank account number can pay securely via Mollie<\/li>\n<li>Guests from other countries pay via bank transfer (details will be provided at the time of reservation)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Depending on the reservation, a deposit or full advance payment may be required for.<\/li>\n<li>Reservations are final as soon as the payment has been received as specified in the booking confirmation. Outside smoking at the designated table. <\/li>\n<li>Instructions given by the Owner during your stay (for example, regarding the pool, parking, or noise) must be followed at all times.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6 style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Liability<\/span><\/h6>\n<p>Can Portell &#038; Mas Ferrer by 123ole is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage, unless caused by negligence on the part of the Owner. Guests are advised to take out appropriate insurance coverage a21> take out. <\/p>\n<h6 style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Force Majeure<\/span><\/h6>\n<p>The Owner is not liable for cancellations or disruptions if result of circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, government measures or extreme weather.
