There are several yoga and meditation classes every day: Hatha Yoga, Yoga Nidra, meditation, and other rituals. The classes are open to everyone, regardless of age, flexibility, or experience. There is time and attention for everyone. If you have any specific concerns, please let me know so I can make any necessary adjustments. <\/p>\n
In addition to the wonderful yoga classes and fantastic meals, you\u2019ll have plenty of free time to relax, daydream, and do whatever you feel like. In your free time, you can take a dip in the pool, find a cozy spot indoors or outdoors with your book, or head to the beach (a half-hour drive), to Girona (a half-hour drive), visit the Dal\u00ed Museum (a half-hour drive), go to Lake Banjoles (a 15-minute drive), or simply go for a walk in the immediate vicinity… alone or together. <\/p>\n

\nIt depends on the weather what we\u2019ll do\u2026 A yoga class on the beach, strolling through a local market, a walk around a lake, or a combination of these\u2026 We\u2019ll have to wait and see.
\nBut it\u2019s going to be a lovely and fun time together! Once we arrive at our destination, we can also enjoy some tapas for lunch (at your own expense). <\/p>\n
