We\u2019re going to enjoy the lovely and cozy B&B \u201cCan Portell\u201d<\/i> owned by Debbie de Jong, located in beautiful Catalonia (Spain).<\/p>\n

Pilates with Focus and Depth<\/p>\n
Spread out over the course of the days, there will be 6 Pilates classes taught according to the classical method, each with a specific theme (such as the hips\/lower back, shoulders\/upper back, or relaxation\/connective tissue). You\u2019re in safe hands with Mireille van de Ven, whether you\u2019re a beginner or have physical issues. With her years of experience teaching mat classes and on the Reformer, her classes are a true gift for your body and mind. <\/p>\n
Creativity, relaxation, and Spanish charm<\/p>\n
During these special days, there is plenty of room for creativity. We attend, among other things, a workshop with Spanish flair at the ceramics center in La Bisbal d\u2019Empord\u00e0, a place where craftsmanship and inspiration come together. <\/p>\n
In \u201cCan Portell<\/i>,\u201d too, we\u2019ll be getting creative, inspired by a traditional Spanish technique, under the inspiring guidance of Rosalie du Quesne. She passionately draws on her many years of experience as a teacher of creative subjects. <\/p>\n
We\u2019ll also take a trip to the enchanting medieval city of Girona. Wander through narrow alleys, discover sun-drenched squares, and enjoy the lively outdoor cafes serving delicious tapas. And as if that weren\u2019t enough, we\u2019re also planning an activity in the beautiful surroundings of \u201cCan Portell\u201d<\/i>\u2014with its green hills and views of the Pyrenees\u2026 but exactly what we\u2019ll be doing there will remain a surprise for now. <\/p>\n
Time for Yourself<\/p>\n
In between all the activities, there\u2019s plenty of time to relax. Read a book in a hammock in the garden, enjoy a massage with essential oils, or just do absolutely nothing for a while. You set the pace. <\/p>\n
