In the enchanting hills of Spain, I \u2013 Lotte van Koningsveld \u2013 invite you to immerse yourself in a generous dose of self-care and the magic of Yin. As a Yin Expert and Consciousness Coach, I inspire you to live life fully from your heart and to make choices that truly feel right for you. Because I know from personal experience that life has more in store for you than simply giving in to the rat race of modern life.<\/p>\n

The YIN Retreat<\/strong> is a feel-good retreat for anyone looking for inner peace, time for yourself, space for your dreams and renewed energy. With lots of relaxation, no fuss :), and for those who wish, a glass of wine with dinner.<\/p>\n

7:30 Yin Walk Sunrise
8:30 Morning snack
8:45 Yin Yoga
11:00 Brunch
14:00 Self-care session (think: essential oils, meditation, writing, cacao, Yin, savasana massage)
Free time to relax in your hammock by the pool or head to the beach.
19:00 Dinner
21:00 Bedtime Ritual (think: Campfire Circle & live music, Meditation or Moonlight Yin)<\/p>\n

The programme starts on day 1 at 16:00 and the retreat ends on day 5 at 11:00.<\/p>\n
