In the enchanting hills of Spain, I invite you to immerse yourself in a generous dose of self-care and the magic of Yin. <\/span><\/p>\n

The YIN Retreat is a wellness retreat for anyone looking for inner peace, time for themselves, space for their dreams, and renewed energy. It\u2019s all about relaxation, with no fuss : )\u2014and for those who\u2019d like a glass of wine with dinner. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

7:30 a.m. Yin Walk Sunrise
\n8:30 a.m. Morning snack
\n8:45 a.m. Yin Yoga
\n11:00 a.m. Brunch
\n2:00 p.m. Self-care session (e.g., essential oils, meditation, journaling, cacao, Yin, Savasana massage)
\nFree time to relax in your hammock by the pool or go to the beach.
\n7:00 p.m. Dinner
\n9:00 p.m. Bedtime Ritual (e.g., campfire circle & live music, meditation, or Moonlight Yin)<\/p>\n

The program begins on Day 1 at 4:00 p.m., and on Day 5, we wrap up the retreat at 11:00 a.m.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
