Be inspired by color, sunshine, and creativity during a colorful painting trip in beautiful Spain. We invite you to let your inner artist flourish.

Mornings Full of Colorful Inspiration Every morning, we immerse ourselves in a world of paint, paper, pencils, and collage. We paint, sketch, cut, and paste with one goal in mind: to bring your dream flowers to life on canvas. No experience necessary—just an open heart and a desire to create.

Free afternoons & evenings The rest of the day is all yours. Explore the charming village, continue painting in the sun, read a book under an olive tree, or enjoy a siesta. In the evening, we’ll gather for a delicious meal prepared by our amazing chef and enjoy all the wonderful things Can Portell has to offer.

What’s Included
  • 4 nights at Debbie’s colorful and inspiring B&B (shared double room)
  • A delicious, carefully prepared breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day
  • All materials for the workshops
  • Option for a private room with a private or shared bathroom (for an additional fee): €35 per person per night for a private room with a shared bathroom & €50 per person per night for a private room with a private bathroom

Who is it for? For anyone who longs for creativity, connection, and a healthy dose of sunshine. Whether you’re an experienced artist or picking up a paintbrush for the first time—you’re welcome.

Let your heart speak, your hands create, and your senses be pampered. This won’t be just any retreat—it will be a colorful tribute to yourself.

Excluding transportation to and within Spain. If needed, we can arrange a carpool.

The more colorful, the better—and preferably with plenty of sunshine—is one of my mottos, which is why I think the pairing with Debbie—and therefore Can Portell—is a match made in heaven!

I always paint from my heart, without a premeditated plan. I let myself be guided by the inspiration that surrounds me and the canvas.

As a self-taught artist, another motto of mine is: If I can do it, so can you!
This isn’t just a motto—it’s also a promise! One of my favorite moments during my workshops is when someone who walked in skeptically—saying, “I’m just here for the experience/the fun”—ends up looking at their own artwork with wonder and pride afterward. I can’t wait to witness this under the Spanish sun at Debbie’s beautiful B&B and to embark on a colorful adventure together.
