Definitions

Owner: Deborah de Jong
Guest: People who are staying at Can Portell & Mas Ferrer by 123ole
Manager: Alternate contact person in the event of absence of the owner

General

• The main guest must be 18 years old or older to stay, is responsible for fellow guests, must have a permanent place of residence – or place of stay and present valid identification at check-in.
• Identity information is recorded in accordance with the Spanish laws and forwarded to the authorities as required.
• Prices do not include the tourist tax of Catalonia, which must be paid at checkout. Prices for accommodations can be found at www.123ole.com.
• Guests must respect the property and the instructions of the Owner or Manager to respect.
• Liability: Can Portell & Mas Ferrer by 123ole is not liable for loss, theft, accidents, personal injury, medical expenses, or damage to personal property, unless caused by negligence on the part of the Owner.
• Guests must immediately report any damage or loss; any costs will be charged to the guest.
• The Owner is not responsible for any interruptions or malfunctions in utilities, Wi-Fi, or other technical systems.
• The Owner or Manager reserves the right to refuse a stay immediately or refuse or to terminate in the event of inappropriate behavior or violation of these terms and conditions, without refund.

 

Reservation and payment

• Reservations are made using the reservation form on the website.
• All reservations are requests; immediate booking is not possible.
• Confirmation of the reservation is sent via Bookinglayer and/or email.
• Payment options:
  • Guests with a Dutch bank account number can pay securely via Mollie
  • Guests from other countries pay via bank transfer (details will be provided at the time of reservation)
• Depending on the reservation, a deposit or full advance payment may be required for.
• Reservations are final as soon as the payment has been received as specified in the booking confirmation. Or by providing credit card information if this has been agreed upon.

 

Cancellation Policy

• Up to 2 months before arrival: full refund minus a €50 administration fee
• From 2 months to 1 month before arrival: 50% of the total amount will be refunded
• Less than 1 month before arrival: no refund

These terms and conditions apply exclusively to payments made through Can Portell & Mas Ferrer by 123ole.

We strongly recommend that you take out travel or cancellation insurance to to take out to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances.

 

Arrival and departure

• Check-in: 4:00 p.m. (or by arrangement)
• Check-out: 11:00 (of anders in overleg)
• Check-in workshop or retreat participant: has been the organizer of the retreat has communicated. 
• Check-out time for workshop or retreat participants: 10:00.

 

Obligations of guests and house rules

• Guests must follow the house rules, including occupancy limits and respect for the property and fellow guests.
• Smoking indoors is not allowed. Outside smoking at the designated table.
• Instructions given by the Owner during your stay (for example, regarding the pool, parking, or noise) must be followed at all times.

 

Liability

Can Portell & Mas Ferrer by 123ole is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage, unless caused by negligence on the part of the Owner. Guests are advised to take out appropriate insurance coverage a21> take out.

Force Majeure

The Owner is not liable for cancellations or disruptions if result of circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, government measures or extreme weather. In such cases, a decision will be made in consultation with the Owner a suitable solution is sought in consultation with the Owner.

Complaints

We strive to ensure a carefree and enjoyable stay. Please report any complaints immediately to the Owner or Manager so they can be resolved quickly.
