Yaaay, what a fiesta! In May, Cristina and her daughter Linyola will be joining us to teach you the secrets of Catalan cuisine. In spring 2026, they published their cookbook Xup Xup together with Carmen, their mother and grandmother. Xup Xup is Catalan for the gentle bubbling sound of food simmering away. A beautiful cookbook filled with their most delicious Catalan family recipes. Who better to learn the secrets of Catalan cuisine from? Exactly! 😉
The cooking workshop price includes 4 nights’ accommodation, 4 lunches and 4 dinners. On the first evening, Cristina and Linyola will prepare dinner for you. After that, you’ll take turns having dinner or lunch with half of the group. We’ll finish on 25 March with lunch.
The price is €945 for two people sharing one room. A private room is also available for an additional fee.
