I’ve been coming to 123ole every year since 2015 to teach my crochet workshop. That’s 10 years now, filled with color, inspiration, and special encounters! It’s always a joy to crochet, laugh, discover, and—above all—enjoy myself with a group of women in this special place.
During this five-day workshop, you’ll choose one of my patterns to work on. The best part is: there’s plenty of yarn in many different colors for you to use, and I’ll be happy to share my tips, tricks, and creative tools with you. I love creative crocheting—which means you’re free to put your own spin on colors, shapes, and combinations. No two workshops are ever the same, because everyone makes something unique!
What does the week look like?
In the mornings, we crochet together in the beautiful garden or in one of the colorful rooms at 123ole. Afternoons are free: do you want to keep crocheting, take a siesta, or go on an outing to a Spanish village, a small lake, or the beach? Anything goes. Often, spontaneous moments arise when we crochet together outdoors somewhere, or just enjoy chatting by the pool. There’s also time for relaxation—for example, you can book a massage.
And then there’s the food… every meal is an experience in itself! Breakfast in the morning sun, long lunches full of surprises, and a festive dinner in the evening with a Spanish flair. The cooking is done with so much love and creativity that the meals are often just as much of a highlight as the crocheting itself.
Above all, the focus is on fun, camaraderie, and connection. Often, lifelong friendships are formed, in addition to the many colorful creations that participants take home.
